Cancellation, non-attendance, partial attendance, or rescheduling of an appointment are collectively referred to as ‘Cancellation’ in this Cancellation Policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours (two business days) prior to your appointment via our Enquiries form.
Bluebird Transformations cancellation fees are as follows:
Partial attendance - Full session fee
0 - 24 hours notice of cancellation - Full session fee
24 - 48 hours notice of cancellation - 50% of session fee
Greater than 48 hours notice of cancellation - No cancellation fee
We adhere to the above cancellation fees, out of respect for our counsellors, coaches and practitioners' time.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, providing advanced notice allows us to offer your time slot to another client on the waiting list. This enables us to deliver a fair and consistent quality of service to all our clients.
Notification reminders: reminders are sent to you before the 48-hour cancellation period, allowing an opportunity for you to make changes to your appointment, before any fees are incurred.
Do not contact your Coach directly to cancel: We do not accept cancellations, by contacting your coach directly.
Business Days: Weekends and Public Holidays are not classed as business days, and do not count in the 48 hours (2 business day) notice period.
Closures: Please note that our practice administration is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and NSW Australian public holidays. If you have an appointment following a weekend or public holiday and are unable to attend, we require you to notify us on the business days prior to your session.
Medical Exceptions: We understand sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and you cannot help being ill. The only exception to the above cancellation fees will be if a medical certificate is provided, Then the postponement of your session within the 48 hours, or a refund amount, will be at the sole discretion of Bluebird Transformations.
Subscription Plans (Monthly/Annual Memberships, Portal Access): Bluebird Transformations offers some services as rolling subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually as per your invoice/receipt), unless you cancel before your renewal date.
Renewal Reminders: You will receive a reminder email prior to your subscription renewal. If payment is unsuccessful, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved. Receipts/invoices show the monthly or annual start date for your subscription. Billing will occur monthly or annually from the start date.
Cancellations: Cancellation of your subscription(s) must be done in writing, and received by admin at least 30 days prior to your renewal date, to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Your original invoice was emailed to you. Please use that email to notify us of your cancellation. Or, you can use contact us via our Enquiries form.
Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to portal content and member resources until the end of your current paid period, after which your access will stop.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of Bluebird Transformations resources, refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.
Exceptions: If you believe you are entitled to a refund under statutory rights, please contact us and we will review your situation individually.
